1. General Disclaimer
Pride Coffee Tech strives to provide professional and reliable coffee machine repair and maintenance services. By submitting any machine or equipment to Pride Coffee Tech for inspection, service, or repair, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
2. Customer Responsibility
- All machines must be presented in a reasonably clean condition.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding any known faults, prior repairs, or modifications.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to remove any personal items, accessories, or consumables (e.g., beans, milk, water) prior to drop-off.
3. Liability for Equipment
- While Pride Coffee Tech takes every precaution to protect customer equipment, we do not accept liability for any loss, damage, theft, or deterioration of machines or accessories left in our care, whether during transport, storage, inspection, or repair.
- Machines are stored and handled at the owner’s risk.
4. Pre-Existing or Hidden Faults
- Pride Coffee Tech is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, electrical faults, or component failures that may surface during or after the repair process.
- Any additional repairs required due to such faults will be quoted separately.
5. Parts & Repair Warranty
- Only parts supplied and installed by Pride Coffee Tech carry a limited warranty, as specified on the invoice.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, power surges, or water quality issues.
6. Uncollected Machines
- Machines not collected within 30 days of repair completion may incur storage fees.
- After 60 days, Pride Coffee Tech reserves the right to dispose of or sell the machine to recover costs.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By leaving a machine with Pride Coffee Tech, the customer confirms:
- They are the lawful owner or have permission to authorise repairs.
- They have read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer and liability policy.
