At Pride Coffee Tech, we provide expert servicing to help extend the life of your commercial coffee equipment. Please review what is and is not included in our standard service offering.
✅ Our Standard Service Includes:
- General cleaning of external and accessible internal components
- Lubrication of moving parts (as needed)
- Calibration and testing of pressure, temperature, and brew functions
- Inspection for visible wear or deterioration
- Replacement of standard wear-and-tear parts (e.g. group seals, shower screens) where applicable
- Cleaning advice and access to suitable cleaning detergents
❌ Not Included in Standard Service:
- Descaling of boilers or internal pipework We do not perform descaling as part of a regular service. Descaling a machine (especially the boiler) requires full disassembly and is considered a separate, specialised task.
- Breakdowns or faults unrelated to routine maintenance
- Repair or replacement of major components, including but not limited to:
- Grouphead valves
- Pump
- Motor
- Pressure stat
- Solenoids
- Heating elements
- Boiler fittings or safety valves
- Electrical issues, short circuits, or internal water damage
- Any other non-maintenance-related failures
⚠️ Important Notice:
If, during or after a service, the machine shows faults not related to general servicing, these will be handled as separate repair jobs and quoted accordingly. We will never proceed with non-service-related repairs without your consent. We are also sure to send a Service assessment when urgent repairs not related to the service is necessary.
